Dive bombers

Place your hands shoulder width apart. Slowly dip your chest towards the ground and make a U shape with your body movement. As your head finishes the U shape, reverse the movement.

This targets your chest and arms.

It’s a total killer!

This one is awesome!! I still can’t do it properly, my arms are so weak, haha

Minus the reverse part, this is also known as a cobra pushup
